A passenger on a flight in Vietnam left a wallet stuffed with $45,000 in cash on the plane.
Vietnam Airlines flight attendants were able to return the passenger’s wallet, which included more Vietnamese currency, an ATM card and other personal documents, UPI reported.
After an April 24 flight from Hanoi to Da Nang, attendants found the wallet while cleaning and brought it to the lost and found counter, where they were able to identify and contact the passenger.
The flight attendants and counter workers received a thank you letter from the passenger, UPI said.
